You as a Quality Lead will: Develop, oversee, and evaluate Project Quality Management Plans (PQMP) as well as Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)
Perform audits and subsequently address identified action items
Review and interpret contracts, specifications, drawings, and provide concise comments




Assess potential future risks and formulate comprehensive mitigation strategies
Independently review drawings and specifications for compliance
Implement the quality program across various project types (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.)
Confidently to elevate issues with the quality program
Foster innovations and implement them into the quality program
Be capable of independently organizing and leading internal and external meetings
Support in the training and assistance of colleagues
Evaluate employee performance either through informal assessments or during formal review sessions
Manage and maintain the relationship with clients and present the company in a professional manner
Maintain ownership of the quality program when dealing with the client
Clearly communicate information about the quality program in various situations
Have a comprehensive knowledge of construction operations
Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in the construction industry (preferably ICI), and familiarity with quality management systems and practices
Ability to champion and lead the effective implementation of operational best practices, project quality plans, risk management strategies, and quality assurance/control activities
You are a self-directed, motivated team player who thrives in a quick-paced environment
The salary range for this job is $90,000 - $115,000 annually
