Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a strong portfolio of major donors
• Meet an annual fundraising target exceeding $1,000,000
• Collaborate across teams to build effective proposals
• Organize and support major donor cultivation events




• Ensure compliance with ethical fundraising practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Proven success in securing gifts of $25,000 or more
• Ability to manage multiple donor prospects effectively
• Familiarity with cooperative team dynamics
• Understanding of trends in charitable giving
