Lead resident assessments at your facility as an MDS Registered Nurse Supervisor, ensuring compliance and quality care. This role focuses on MDS assessments and interdisciplinary collaboration.
As a skilled MDS Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee the assessment processes within the facility, guiding current MDS Coordinators and ensuring timely completion of MDS assessments. Your expertise will be vital in monitoring PDPM utilization and driving clinical recommendations to enhance outcomes. You will also play a crucial role in resident care planning, collaborating with disciplines to meet regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee weekly PDPM meetings for skilled patients
• Track and monitor QM and QASP performance
• Provide MDS and PDPM training to new coordinators
• Ensure timely MDS assessments for new admissions
• Coordinate interdisciplinary participation in MDS completion
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Good standing with State Board of Nursing
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and PCC
