Join Faith Fellowship Baptist Church as a Children’s & Youth Pastor, dedicated to nurturing spiritual growth among our children and youth. Inspire and lead with faith as part of our community.

This full time role will allow you to provide pastoral leadership to our children and youth ministries at Faith Fellowship Baptist Church. With a focus on engagement and mentorship, you’ll help young members of our community flourish in their faith. Working under the guidance of the Senior Pastor, you will actively participate in church planning and administrative meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and lead children’s and youth ministries
• Develop strategic mentorship programs
• Inspire engagement among youth and children
• Collaborate with church leaders in planning
• Attend and support Sunday services

Requirements:
• Experience in church or youth leadership
• Strong commitment to Christian values
• Ability to motivate and engage young people
• Skills in team building and discipleship
• Close collaboration with senior leadership
