Become an Investigation and Assessment Worker with NEOFACS in Kirkland Lake. This full-time, 12-month contract offers the chance to support children's services through assessments and protective measures.

This position is integral to providing a spectrum of services that assist children and families, focusing on risk assessments, case documentation, and development of protection plans. Candidates should possess solid organizational skills and the ability to interpret legislative requirements effectively. Flexibility in hours and the ability to travel is required to meet the needs of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver child protection and preventive services
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and evaluations




• Develop and document protection plans
• Engage with families to provide support
• Adhere to relevant legislative requirements

Requirements:
• MSW or BSW preferred; alternative qualifications may be considered
• Experience with families and children desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Must be willing to work flexible schedule
• Possess a minimum G2 driver’s license

Contribute to the safety and well-being of children in Kirkland Lake.
