As a Finance Officer, you will assist in the financial management to benefit the diverse tenant community at OCH. Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning, your work will span budgeting and analyzing financial data, ensuring all processes adhere to established financial controls. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the development of operational and capital budgets
• Monitor adherence to financial controls
• Prepare and review financial documents for accuracy
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Support cash flow monitoring and reporting
Requirements:
• University degree or three-year college diploma
• Three years of related financial experience
• CPA pursuit or designation preferred
• Understanding of municipal non-profit accounting
• Proficient in relevant software applications
