As a pivotal part of the student support team, you will collaborate with teachers, parents, and community partners to develop behavior management programs. Your work will focus on helping students meet their personal and social goals through tailored strategies, individual counseling, and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop specific strategies for positive personal/social behavior
• Implement and monitor behavior management programs
• Consult with support services and teachers for effective strategies




• Work one-on-one with students to reinforce behavior goals
• Organize and supervise recreational programs and activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences or equivalent
• Over one year of experience with behaviorally challenged children
• Valid B.C. Class 5 driver's license
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to intervene in crisis situations
