Our client is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Consultant to lead a high-impact process improvement and transformation initiative within Treasury Operations. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant, business transformation professional, or operational excellence leader who thrives on identifying opportunities, influencing stakeholders, and driving measurable business outcomes.

You will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to analyze current-state processes, design future-state solutions, and support enterprise-wide operational improvements. This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
Process Review & Analysis

Lead deep-dive reviews of operational processes across Treasury Operations

Document current-state workflows, risks, controls, and improvement opportunities

Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities

Create clear and structured process documentation

Transformation & Improvement Initiatives

Develop future-state process recommendations

Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define execution plans

Support prioritization, effort estimation, and implementation planning

Drive progress against transformation objectives

Governance, Tracking & Reporting





Maintain comprehensive action plans and process improvement trackers

Monitor project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies

Escalate roadblocks and provide status updates to leadership

Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements

Prepare executive-ready reporting and presentations

Measure and communicate realized business benefits

Stakeholder Engagement

Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams

Influence decision-making and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders

Provide consulting-style recommendations and best-practice guidance

What We're Looking For
Required Experience

5+ years of experience in:

Treasury Operations

Finance Operations

Process Improvement

Operational Excellence

Business Transformation

Management Consulting

Demonstrated experience leading process reviews and optimization initiatives

Strong understanding of operational workflows and controls

Experience working with both business and technology teams

Excellent project coordination and task management skills

Preferred Skills

Treasury Operations or Payments Processing experience





Process mapping tools

Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar tools

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field

CBAP, PMP, CPA, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications are considered assets

You'll join a collaborative team of 23 professionals focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement. The work is primarily back-office focused with minimal telephone interaction and significant collaboration across business and technology teams.
