In this full time position, your primary focus will be on developing proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs, directly supporting the sales initiative. You'll work with project managers and sales teams, integrating financial and technical data into your proposals. Engaging with varied departments, you will uphold rigorous standards in proposal submission and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough RFP/RFQ reviews for accurate proposals
• Develop well-structured, clear proposals with necessary details
• Work closely with sales on tailored solutions




• Maintain organized customer documentation and files
• Coordinate with the Finance Department for timely invoicing

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• At least 5 years’ experience in application engineering
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
