Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop the maintenance staff daily
• Evaluate work notifications and prioritize maintenance needs




• Document all maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System
• Liaise with Engineering and Operations on maintenance issues
• Review completed work for accuracy and compliance

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance
• Strong understanding of maintenance best practices
• College diploma in an electro-mechanical discipline
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is an asset
