Make a difference in overdose crisis response as a Paramedic with the City of Saskatoon. This temporary full-time role focuses on client recovery and harm reduction.

Join a energetic team working in Public Relations and Community Risk Reduction. You will connect with individuals affected by overdose, providing support and facilitating access to essential services. Key responsibilities include short-term counseling, community collaboration, and emergency care when needed. This role emphasizes both independence and teamwork in addressing community health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals in overdose recovery with counseling
• Provide harm reduction education and supplies
• Conduct risk assessments and safety planning




• Collaborate with community partners for program goals
• Deliver emergency paramedic care as required

Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Registered as a Primary Care Paramedic in Saskatchewan
• One year experience in addictions and harm reduction
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Current Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search
