Key Responsibilities:
• Direct program innovation and community-based initiatives
• Conduct program assessments in line with College policy
• Foster robust relationships with industry and community partners
• Lead faculty communications and coordinative efforts
• Promote student transition into employment opportunities
Requirements:
• Master's degree relevant to Health and Human Services
• Minimum three years in a post-secondary educational role
• Proven project management and program development experience
• Knowledge of student-centered programming for diverse learners
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
