Join Kelowna General Hospital as a Relief Electrophysiology Technologist, providing critical support in electrophysiology procedures. This part time role involves rotating shifts and unique patient interactions.

As part of the electrophysiology team, you’ll assist in performing vital tests and monitoring electrograms to ensure patient safety and effective treatment. Your role will include setting up specialized equipment, performing pacing maneuvers, and preparing patients before and after procedures. You will gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct elective electrophysiology tests and studies
• Monitor and analyze intra-cardiac electrograms




• Administer pacing maneuvers under supervision
• Interpret diagnostic 12-lead electrocardiograms
• Prepare sterile setups and assist in patient care

Requirements:
• Graduation from BCIT advanced certificate program
• Two years of relevant clinical experience
• Experience with mapping systems and stimulators
• Certification eligibility with CCI or IBHRE
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
