In this role, your focus will be on managing a twelve-week accelerator program aimed at catapulting startups to success. You’ll lead the selection process for cohorts and drive connections with key industry players while monitoring studio performance and funding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and run the detailed program curriculum
• Conduct outreach and manage the selection of founders
• Formulate and nurture mentor and investor connections
• Organize demo day showcasing cohort achievements
• Implement deal analysis and manage investment documentation

Requirements:
• 2-5 years background in venture capital or startup leadership
• Demonstrated program and project management experience
• High degree of financial analytical capability
• Familiarity with creative AI tools for project support
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with founders
