In this position, reporting to the Director of Health and Safety, you will be pivotal in overseeing compliance with safety laws and construction regulations. With a focus on proactive risk management, you are expected to conduct site inspections, validate accident reports, and support accident investigations. Your contributions will enhance Aecon's safety culture across significant civil projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with safety laws and regulations
• Conduct daily site inspections for health and safety




• Notify emergency services during incidents promptly
• Facilitate completion of accident investigations
• Compile statistics and generate monthly reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Certificate in Health and Safety Coordination preferred
• Experience in construction safety support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Valid driver’s license and capability to travel
