In this pivotal role, you will oversee a portfolio focused on major gifts ranging from $25K to $100K, playing a significant role in achieving the foundation's $4.5M target. You will create customized donor strategies, manage donor proposals, and ensure timely communications that align with MLSE Foundation’s values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and advance a portfolio of major gift prospects
• Collaborate with leaders during donor meetings and follow-ups
• Develop impactful proposals and communications for donors




• Implement and manage donor data practices in Salesforce
• Engage in donor stewardship and recognition activities

Requirements:
• 3–5 years in major gifts or related fundraising fields
• Proficient writing and proposal development skills
• Ability to work effectively with high-net-worth individuals
• Experience with CRM management, particularly Salesforce
• Solid judgment and professionalism in donor relations
