Key Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing strategies for existing and new Borrower clients
• Structure and underwrite credit facilities and loan agreements

• Prepare comprehensive loan presentation materials for approval
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of loan agreements post-funding

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in construction lending
• Expertise in credit assessment and problem-solving
