Based at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, you’ll collaborate with an interprofessional team to enhance patient independence. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage nursing care for patients and families
• Mentor RPN students and newly hired staff
• Participate in inter-professional team care planning
• Educate families and community providers on rehab nursing




• Ensure compliance with patient safety policies

Requirements:
• Member in positive standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN diploma from a recognized program preferred
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Experience in Complex Continuing Care preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
