Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain partnerships with employers and alumni
• Develop and coordinate career events and workshops
• Supervise student staff and oversee training programs
• Manage CRM strategies for efficient job postings
• Conduct employer site visits and needs assessments

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a related field
• 3-4 years of engagement experience preferred
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and strategies
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to address diverse audience needs
