Providing itinerant services, assessments, and intervention strategies, you will support students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 across 100 Mile House.This position, effective September 1st, 2026, invites candidates to offer targeted speech and language support to public school students. You will design interventions for diverse communication needs and participate in team meetings while guiding educational assistants in the speech and language program. Your expertise will foster communication development among teachers and parents throughout the community.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide itinerant speech and language services to multiple schools
- Conduct assessments and screenings for students




- Design intervention strategies for communication disorders
- Lead consultations and develop home programs
- Work collaboratively with school teams and parentsRequirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification with Speech and Audiology Canada
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a vehicle
- Experience in a school setting or with First Nations is an asset
