Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient care within the DAP
• Implement and monitor individualized care plans
• Assist with interventional procedures




• Provide education to patients and families
• Maintain clear communication with health care teams

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses
• Experience in Oncology Nursing within the past 5 years
• Competence in symptom management for palliative care
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively
