Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this position involves managing the contractual aspects for assigned projects under $25M, ensuring disciplined contract administration. Your contribution will directly impact project outcomes through effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders while successfully navigating change management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage prime contracts and subcontract preparations
• Coordinate and evaluate subtrade bid submissions
• Assist in developing GMP packages for presentation




• Support financial oversight through cash flow reviews
• Track changes and claims with proactive documentation

Requirements:
• Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 7 years of construction industry experience
• 4+ years in commercial or contract roles preferred
• Experience with risk management and cost control
• Skilled at interpreting and negotiating legal language
