Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and modify patient care plans effectively
• Collaborate with the care team on nursing activities
• Provide health education to patients and families
• Document care processes and patient observations diligently




• Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Valid General Class Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BLS Certification and Neonatal Resuscitation Provider Certificate
• Prior experience in an advanced nursery setting
• Strong knowledge of neonatal pathophysiology
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
