North American Construction Group (NACG) is seeking a Site Trainer to support our Fort Hills site. This role ensures operational competency training through practical and classroom sessions, mentoring and evaluations, driving safety and performance at a mining site.
The position requires 5+ years of mining-operating experience and 1+ year on excavators, graders, and haul trucks, with robust coaching, communication, and LMS/Office skills.
