Our client is in search of an HR Generalist to facilitate the implementation of HR programs and support day-to-day operations. In this role, you’ll assist with recruitment, coordinate onboarding efforts, and maintain HR compliance. With a solid background in HR best practices and strong organizational skills, you'll manage employee benefits and foster a collaborative work workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment and screening activities
• Coordinate employee onboarding for a smooth experience
• Assist in performance management processes




• Administer and update employee benefits programs
• Partner with managers on HR-related issues

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience
• Hands-on experience with recruitment and employee policies
• Familiarity with Alberta Employment Standards
• Experience with HRIS systems; BambooHR preferred
• CPHR or CHRP progression is an asset
