This key role focuses on supporting the Executive Director and Board of Directors with administrative coordination and governance management. You will organize meetings, develop agendas, write reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Executive Director with scheduling and action items
• Prepare and edit correspondence and quarterly reports
• Coordinate logistics for Board meetings and annual gatherings
• Maintain a comprehensive database of organizational records
• Collaborate on various organizational projects and initiatives
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in senior administrative roles
• Experience with Governance Boards and committees
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• High school diploma with relevant experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
