Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement leadership training initiatives
• Conduct thorough evaluations of training effectiveness
• Work with external consultants to enhance learning delivery

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or Business
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Solid knowledge of leadership development best practices
