Key Responsibilities:
• Represent VNL interests in external forums and industry associations
• Lead HSER management system audits and updates




• Develop and implement HSER compliance strategies
• Mentor peers on HSER best practices
• Perform field inspections against HSER management systems

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in safety engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of safety-related experience
• Technical certification in Occupational Health & Safety
• Knowledge of OH&S; Act and regulatory compliance
• Ability to influence and manage tasks effectively
