Winpak is looking for a Lead Application Support Manager to establish a robust support function for ERP and business applications. This role will oversee Infor M3 ERP implementation and provide vital support during transition phases.

In this managerial position, you will be instrumental in developing a formal enterprise application support process, specifically for Infor M3, Movex, and HubSpot CRM. You will also coordinate the initial release management efforts while managing the application's ongoing support needs. This role requires overseeing urgent production issues and ensuring smooth operations through effective communication and oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and lead application support function for critical systems
• Manage L2/L3 support processes including escalation and resolution




• Conduct regular support triage meetings for urgent issues
• Coordinate support for HubSpot CRM and other applications
• Create and publish support metrics for operational insight

Requirements:
• 7+ years in application or ERP support roles
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity within support teams
• Robust knowledge of incident and problem management
• Experience with ERP and business-critical applications
• Excellent stakeholder communication and prioritization skills
