We are looking for a Heavy-Duty Parts person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck, trailer, agricultural, and/or industrial parts and take pride in providing fast, accurate service to our technicians and customers.

General Responsibilities

Identify, source, and order heavy-duty parts and components

Help customers and technicians with parts identification

Receive, organize, and stock incoming parts

Maintain inventory and parts records

Use electronic parts catalogs and supplier systems to look up parts

Get quotes and compare pricing and availability

Handle parts sales, returns, cores, warranties, and related paperwork

Keep parts area organized, clean, and safe

Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers





Qualifications

Positive knowledge of truck, trailer, agricultural, or industrial parts

Ability to accurately identify parts using catalogs, diagrams, and equipment information

Comfortable working with computers and inventory systems

Good customer service and communication skills

Organized, dependable, and able to work effectively in a busy environment

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license

Journeyperson Parts Technician certification is an asset
