This full time role focuses on operating skid steers to execute fine grading and comprehensive site tasks. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience in civil construction and demonstrates a deep understanding of grading tolerances and construction site operations. Safety, quality work, and teamwork are critical to achieving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate skid steer for finishing and fine grading work
• Perform site preparation, leveling, and material cleanup
• Assist with grading around curbs and utilities




• Read grade stakes and follow site plans
• Conduct equipment inspections and preventative maintenance

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of skid steer operating experience
• Experience with finish grading preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• CSTS and other safety certifications as assets
• Ability to work safely around utilities
