Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this role supports the complete recruitment process in alignment with SHIP's strategic goals. You will leverage your communication and organizational skills to manage administrative tasks, from onboarding to recordkeeping, while actively promoting SHIP's values of compassion and inclusiveness. Your contributions will be vital in fostering strong community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop actionable recruiting strategies to meet goals
• Coordinate onboarding and administrative processes




• Network effectively through industry contacts
• Engage with clients and community partners
• Ensure confidentiality in all operations

Requirements:
• Experience with relevant HRIS tools, preferably ADP
• Robust time management and communicator skills
• Flexibility in a fast-changing environment
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
