This position requires strong clinical skills and two years of experience. The role also emphasizes collaboration, supervision of students, and community involvement, facilitated through a deep understanding of social and psychological factors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and supportive therapy
• Provide crisis counselling and resource guidance
• Plan and manage patient discharge processes
• Supervise undergraduate and graduate placements
• Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work from a recognized university
• NSCSW registration or eligibility required
• Minimum two years of clinical experience
• Solid counselling and communication skills
• Knowledge of family violence and crisis intervention
