Key Responsibilities: • Aid residents with grooming, bathing,



and personal care • Encourage independence in eating and hydration • Facilitate safe mobility and transfers for residents • Participate in continence management and ostomy care • Record care observations and assist in care planning

Requirements: • Completion of a recognized Health Care Assistant program • Registration with BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry • Proficiency in operating healthcare technology • Strong communication skills with residents and families • Ability to manage workload effectively
