Position Description The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing core operational supply chain functions, including production planning, demand forecasting, customer order management, transportation coordination, and cross-border shipping compliance.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain & Logistics, this role is focused on the effective execution of supply chain processes, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining high service levels while managing costs and regulatory requirements.

The Director will lead planning, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure product availability, timely delivery,



and efficient transportation operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations, including planning, logistics coordination, customer service, and order fulfillment Ensure alignment between demand forecasts, operational schedules, and customer delivery requirements Lead planning and scheduling activities to align operational capacity with customer demand Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and minimal downtime Manage demand forecasting processes in collaboration with commercial teams Maintain forecasting models and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy Support leadership in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process Lead the customer service function covering order management, invoicing coordination, and client communication Ensure timely order processing, fulfillment coordination, and resolution of service-related issues Maintain strong service levels across key accounts Oversee transportation and logistics activities, including cross-border shipments Optimize transportation spend through carrier selection, load planning, and routing efficiencies Monitor key logistics metrics such as cost per shipment, on-time delivery,



and transportation cost ratios Ensure accurate documentation and coordination with external partners for cross-border shipments Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements Manage documentation processes and resolve clearance or transit-related issues Oversee supply chain inputs into the invoicing process to ensure shipment accuracy and proper billing Coordinate with finance to ensure alignment between shipment documentation and invoicing Develop and track key performance indicators, including forecast accuracy, fill rate, on-time delivery, inventory turnover, transportation costs, and order cycle time Experience Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, including planning, logistics, and order fulfillment within a complex, fast-paced setting Minimum 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing cross-functional teams while driving performance and accountability Experience within a regulated manufacturing or consumer-focused environment, with an understanding of high-volume operations and service expectations Proven experience managing cross-border logistics, with strong knowledge of transportation coordination, documentation, and compliance requirements across international shipments Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics, with the ability to leverage data for forecasting, performance tracking, and continuous process improvement Qualifications Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related discipline. ASCM (APICS)/CSCP/CPIM certification an asset
