In this leadership role, you will assess community needs and establish effective programming standards for recreation services. Your responsibilities will involve conducting research, managing marketing initiatives, and guiding a team dedicated to improving community wellness through recreation. Engage with volunteers to enrich community events and enhance service outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the inclusion camp service and related activities
• Develop operational policies for adaptive programming
• Guide marketing efforts for recreation departments




• Lead coordination for community engagement and events
• Engage in statistical analysis for program planning

Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma in Recreation management
• 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience
• Extensive knowledge of community programming
• Valid First Aid certification, CPR ‘C’ and AED
• Experience with legal standards in recreation operations
