As a Lead Hand, you will be at the forefront of maintaining Alberta's highways while leveraging your supervisory skills. You'll operate snowplows and loaders, assist in laborer duties, and support effective planning and inspections. Ensuring safety and quality in all tasks will be essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplows and heavy equipment consistently
• Maintain highways, including pothole repairs and cleaning
• Lead daily inspections and safety meetings
• Monitor crew work quality and compliance
• Plan maintenance activities with the Foreperson

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license required
• Supervisory experience in road construction preferred
• Strong understanding of highway maintenance specifications
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
