As the Lead Communications Manager, you'll develop strategies that resonate with various stakeholders, supporting their engagement and advocacy needs. Your role will be crucial in developing insightful materials and overseeing communications for community-focused initiatives. You will bring leadership in managing projects and communications for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop government relations and public affairs strategies
• Lead media relations and reputation management efforts
• Prepare speeches, briefs, and public materials




• Mentor team members and oversee communications planning
• Monitor sector developments and adapt strategies accordingly

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, or similar
• 8 years of communications experience required
• 3-5 years of leadership in managing complex projects
• Robust strategic planning and stakeholder skills
• Experience in healthcare or public sector preferred

Drive impactful community engagement and strategic communications initiatives with your leadership experience.
