As part of the Child, Youth, and Family Program, you will provide vital support to the Child and Adolescent Inpatient Program. Your expertise will facilitate daily therapeutic groups and crisis assessments, ensuring effective treatment and functioning for young patients. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is key to achieving treatment goals and connecting patients to vital resources in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and create safety plans for youth
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and interventions




• Work closely with caregivers and treatment teams
• Support assessments in emergency crisis settings
• Liaise with community support resources for follow-up

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in child and youth work
• At least two years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with mental health crisis intervention
• Strong problem-solving abilities
