Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls professionally and attentively

• Negotiate special pricing and conditions as directed
• Resolve customer service issues efficiently and follow-up
• Suggest alternate products to enhance sales

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of relevant industry experience
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Strong customer service focus and organizational ability
• Knowledge of MS Office; P21 system beneficial
• Must be local to Edmonton area
