Job Description What is the opportunity? Join the Incentive Compensation Delivery (ICD) Team as a Senior Data Management Analyst and shape critical operational decisions relating to Salesforce employees' experience across RBC’s Personal Banking, Commercial Banking and Wealth Management.

The ICD team—80+ employees based in Meadowvale, Mississauga and Minneapolis —administers, reports on, and processes over $5 billion in variable compensation annually across 36 qualified sales roles. As part of the Process, Risk and Operational Intelligence team within ICD, you’ll work alongside colleagues who share a commitment to operational excellence, data integrity, and strategic compensation delivery. This is a collaborative environment where your contributions directly support organizational goals. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between raw operational data and strategic decision-making, ensuring our compensation programs remain aligned with business objectives. Your insights will directly influence how we allocate resources, optimize program delivery, and support thousands of Salesforce employees across North America.

What will you do?

End-to-end analytics support for cross-functional initiatives, including data sourcing, lineage validation, and quality assessments





Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to solve complex business problems and develop scalable, verifiable solutions

Ensure data governance and compliance with enterprise standards and data management frameworks

Communicate complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders to facilitate decision-making

Work independently to identify blockers, develop solutions, and elevate issues appropriately

What do you need to succeed? Must-have

A self-starter with high energy and a driven curiosity to go beyond the obvious and provide ideas for innovation

3–5 years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics, reporting, or related role

Strong analytical and statistical skills; ability to investigate and explain trends and variances

Proficiency in data manipulation language (Python, SQL, etc.)

Technical fluency with analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake)

Experience with AI/agent frameworks

Expert knowledge of data governance frameworks and authoritative data source management

Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business leaders

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a collaborative environment

Nice-to-have

Experience building and using AI/ML models, predictive analytics or statistical modeling to solve business problems

Knowledge of Confluence
