Requirements
- GED or highschool diploma.
- It is preferred to have a bachelor's degree in business administration, financial management, or a related field.
- experience in a retail setting, or something comparable, as a supervisor.
- a wealth of experience creating budgets, financial reports, and expense reports.
- thorough understanding of marketing tactics, consumer trends, and product trends.
- Excellent people skills for interacting with coworkers and customers.
- proficiency with retail management programs like AIM and NetSuite.
- proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet programs.
- knowledge of relevant labor laws and retail health and safety regulations.
