About Us
Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Hybrid Senior Project Management Specialist for our Federal Government client. This is a Hybrid role requiring 2 days/week on-site.

Position Summary
The Project Manager will coordinate and support the delivery of multiple CTS, Cyber Security, and ITS projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, security requirements, governance standards, and established delivery timelines. The successful candidate will manage projects across their full lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional resources and stakeholders, monitor risks and dependencies, and support Agile delivery and release management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the delivery of multiple CTS, Cyber Security, and ITS projects in alignment with business objectives, security requirements, and governance standards

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource assignments, milestones, and delivery timelines

Manage projects through all lifecycle phases and ensure project milestones and targets are achieved

Monitor and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions, implementing corrective actions as required

Coordinate and administer project change requests in accordance with approved governance processes

Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for stakeholders and senior management





Coordinate with team leaders to identify resource requirements, assign resources, and optimize capacity

Engage stakeholders, clients, and business partners to gather requirements, resolve issues, and support successful project outcomes

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog management activities

Ensure project deliverables, documentation, approvals, and closeout activities are completed in compliance with organizational standards and policies

Coordinate release management activities, ensuring releases are planned, documented, reviewed, approved, and implemented according to established change management requirements

Support the coordination and management of dependencies, risks, reporting, and delivery activities across multiple workstreams, including infrastructure, cyber security, and strategic technology initiatives

Perform other related activities and deliverables as required

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience coordinating and managing IT projects through the full project lifecycle

Experience developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, resource assignments, status reports, and project dashboards

Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests





Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and resources across multiple workstreams

Experience engaging stakeholders, clients, business partners, and senior management

Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies and facilitating Agile ceremonies

Experience supporting release and change management activities

Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working within formal project governance, documentation, and approval processes

Experience in technology environments involving infrastructure, cyber security, or strategic IT initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering projects within a federal government environment

Experience with CTS, Cyber Security, and/or ITS projects

Experience working with enterprise infrastructure and technology initiativesExperience with release management and formal change management frameworks

Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent

Agile certification or demonstrated experience working in Agile environments

Experience preparing executive-level dashboards, performance metrics, and status reporting

Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects and complex technology dependencies

Compensation
Salary Range: $90.00 - $110.00 / hour
