Baycrest Terraces is located in the Retirement Home Residence complex serving approximately 200 seniors. The Terraces Assisted Living provides primary care to residents in individual suites.
You will support assessment and development of care plans, and work with the team to assist transitions in care and health centre coverage as required. Baycrest Terraces is connected to The Kimel Family Centre for Brain Health and Wellness, offering research-based activities to promote brain health and aging
