As the Regional Director of Health, Safety & Environment, you will support the Infrastructure Services Division at EllisDon. With your significant safety experience, you will manage HSE efforts that align with operational goals and ensure compliance with relevant policies. Your leadership will enhance a culture of safety while driving performance improvements through coaching and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HSE strategic direction and operational alignment
• Partner with leadership on project-specific HSE priorities




• Oversee audits and enforce corrective actions based on findings
• Monitor HSE performance using key metrics for insights
• Cultivate robust HSE teams through mentorship and coaching

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant health and safety experience
• Educational background in Occupational Health and Safety preferred
• CRSP certification or in progress is a plus
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation
