Sales Manager – Leduc, Alberta
We're not looking for someone to simply manage a sales team. We're looking for someone who can build one. Fraserway RV is looking for an experienced, ambitious and people-focused Sales Manager to lead our Leduc dealership.

The Opportunity
Leduc is an important market for Fraserway RV, with significant opportunity to grow our customer base, strengthen our sales team and increase our market presence.

Reporting To The General Manager, You Will
Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Consultants to achieve revenue, gross profit and unit targets
Establish clear expectations and create a culture of accountability, performance and teamwork
Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and improve results
Coach Sales Consultants through the entire customer journey, from lead generation through to delivery
Use sales activity, performance and market data to identify opportunities and improve results
Recruit, develop and retain top sales talent and build a strong pipeline of future leaders
Work closely with the General Manager and other dealership leaders to improve the overall customer experience and dealership performance
Build strong relationships with customers, OEM partners and internal teams
Champion Fraserway's sales processes, programs and values

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a hands-on sales leader , not someone who manages from the sidelines.

You Will Bring
A proven track record of leading and developing a sales team




Strong coaching and performance management skills
The ability to create accountability while maintaining a positive, engaging team culture
Strong business and financial acumen, with an understanding of sales metrics, margins and profitability
Confidence making decisions, solving problems and creating urgency when needed
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
Energy, optimism and a genuine desire to help people succeed
A strong track record of achieving sales results

RV or automotive dealership experience is an asset, but we are also interested in strong sales leaders from other high-volume retail or sales environments.

An AMVIC licence is required.
