Who We're Looking For:

Competitive individuals who enjoy sales and customer interaction

1+ year of experience in automotive sales, commission sales, retail, hospitality, telecommunications, fitness, recruiting, or another customer-facing role

Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract

VSA License or the ability to obtain one

Schedule:
Full-Time

Compensation:
$80,000-$150,000+ per year (Commission Based)

What You'll Do:

Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from first contact to delivery

Build your pipeline through prospecting, referrals, follow-up, and repeat business

Respond to leads and convert appointments into sales opportunities

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

Learn vehicle features, financing options, and manufacturer programs

Deliver an exceptional customer experience that earns repeat and referral business
