As a Residential Maintenance Technician at Boardwalk, you will leverage your two years of maintenance experience to address requests and perform regular upkeep in our rental units. This agile role includes coordination with a Customer Care Team and the execution of emergency repairs, contributing significantly to tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to maintenance requests within a 72-hour timeframe
• Conduct emergency maintenance when needed
• Oversee vacant suite maintenance and necessary touch-ups
• Manage inspections of turnover suites for quality assurance
• Assist with snow removal during winter months
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance service experience required
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and extensive physical activity
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
