Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily shelter operations and enforce guidelines
• Facilitate positive interactions and crisis management
• Document significant resident interactions and case progress




• Assist in skill development and recreational programming
• Network with community resources for effective referrals

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in social work or related discipline
• Over 2 years of relevant work experience
• Crisis prevention and First Aid/CPR certifications
• Understanding of homelessness issues among youth
• Excellent communication and administrative skills
