In this leadership role, you’ll partner with senior business and technology leaders to define capability priorities supporting EY's AI transformation strategy. Your expertise in adult learning principles and understanding of AI trends will enable you to craft effective learning experiences that foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define AI capability priorities with senior leaders
• Develop an aligned AI learning roadmap
• Lead design and deployment of AI learning programs




• Identify cutting-edge learning opportunities to enhance adoption
• Monitor engagement trends and evolve strategies

Requirements:
• 8+ years in learning and talent development
• Experience with LMS, preferably SuccessFactors
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, MS Teams
• Knowledge of AI tools and their impact
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
